A regular reader of this blog sent me some photos he took featuring a new Starbucks in Kyoto Research Park in Japan. I think this is a brand new Starbucks, and (I think, I could be wrong!) the second LEED-Registered Starbucks in Japan. I had a previous blog post about the first LEED-Registered Starbucks in Japan here: Starbucks opens first LEED store in Japan
The pictures are fun to look at so I thought I would share them here. A big thank you to Nobrice for sending them to me, and very generously allowing me to publish them on my blog. He is the copyright holder for these photos. One thing that made me laugh ... priceless ... is the photo showing the chalkboard art in the store. It says "Stores are gifts". I kind of think that Starbucks stores are gifts, but I think someone is missing an "i".
Next time I'll have to beg Nobrice a little to get me some more interior photos of the store. I am sure it is beautiful inside and I would love to hear from anyone who has more information on this store. By the way, here is the link to the official Starbucks Japan website:
Enjoy the photos!
